Dr. Roi Altit, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Interventional Cardiology
Dr. Roi Altit is an interventional cardiologist who also specializes in structural heart disease. In addition to coronary and peripheral interventions, Dr. Altit also performs transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transcatheter mitral valve repair (MitraClip), left atrial appendage occlusion device (Watchman) implantation, and ASD/PFO & paravalvular leak closures. He also has expertise in mechanical support assist devices. Dr. Altit’s extensive training truly leads to all-encompassing cardiovascular care at Comprehensive Cardiology.
Dr. Altit received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and completed his internal medicine residency at Christiana Care Health System. Dr. Altit went on to complete three cardiology fellowships (general cardiology, interventional cardiology and structural heart disease) at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. He is board certified in internal medicine, general cardiology, nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, cardiac CTA, vascular ultrasound interpretation and interventional cardiology.
